Ultra Thunder Agent vs. Distributor: Understanding the Account Types

The two roles share a portal and a vocabulary, but they are different jobs. Choosing the right one starts with an honest look at who you will be serving.

Account purpose

An agent serves players. A distributor serves operators. Nearly every other difference follows from that. Agents spend their day responding to players; distributors spend theirs keeping agents and stores supplied and supported.

The work

Typical responsibilities

Agents

Responsiveness is the job. Players message at all hours; agents who reply quickly and send the right link keep their players. Record-keeping is simpler than for distributors but still matters.

Distributors

Reliability is the job. Agents need to know credits will arrive when requested and that someone will answer when a login fails. Distributors carry more records and more relationships.

Backend access

Both roles sign in at https://fmubk.ultrathunder.mobi/. What each sees after signing in reflects the permissions on their account. Neither role uses the player site at https://ultrathunder.mobi/ for operator work.

Structure

Account hierarchy

The common picture is provider, then distributor, then agent or store, then player. Some networks add sub-distributors. How many levels a given account can create on Ultra Thunder is something to confirm with your provider; we have not been supplied with verified limits.

Balances

Credit management

Both roles hold balances. The difference is what the balance is for: agents use theirs, distributors pass theirs on. A distributor with poor records causes problems for every agent downstream, which is why distributors need stricter habits. See credits.

Decide

Which one fits you?

  • Will you work directly with your own players? Start as an agent.
  • Will you supply other operators or several store locations? Consider a distributor account.
  • Not sure yet? Start as an agent, learn the platform, and revisit when you have operators asking you for help.
