Ultra Thunder Distributor Accounts

Distribution is a business, not a login. This guide covers what a distributor account is for, how the work actually runs day to day, and what to settle before you take on your first agent or store.

Definition

What an Ultra Thunder distributor account is

A distributor account sits at the business end of the Ultra Thunder operator structure. Where an agent works with players, a distributor generally supplies and supports the operators below it: agents, sub-distributors or store locations. The distributor is the person those operators call when they need credits, an account or an answer.

In practice, that makes the role part logistics and part customer service. You are responsible for keeping downstream operators supplied, keeping records straight, and being reachable. The backend is the tool; the relationships are the business.

Fit

Who distributor access is designed for

  • Operators building a network of agents or stores and wanting to support them directly.
  • Store owners with several locations who want one account relationship behind them.
  • Experienced agents whose operation has outgrown a single account.
  • Resellers who already supply other platforms and want to add Ultra Thunder.

If you plan to work with players yourself and have no one downstream, an agent account is usually the simpler starting point.

Portal

Backend access for distributors

Distributors use the same Ultra Thunder backend portal as other operator accounts: https://fmubk.ultrathunder.mobi/. Simply visiting that address does not provide access. You need distributor credentials issued for your account, and what you see after signing in reflects the permissions attached to it.

Make sure your downstream operators know the difference between this portal and the player site at https://ultrathunder.mobi/. Half of all early support questions come from that mix-up.

Structure

Account hierarchy

Most distributor operations are layered. A typical picture: a provider supplies the distributor, the distributor supports agents or stores, and those agents serve players. Some networks add sub-distributors between the distributor and its agents.

Downstream

Agent and store management

Where your account includes managing agents or store accounts, your job is to set them up cleanly and stay organized as the network grows. A few habits make this manageable:

  • Use a consistent naming pattern for accounts so you can tell at a glance which location or agent each belongs to.
  • Keep a private register: account name, owner, contact method, date created and any notes.
  • Agree in advance how agents will request credits and how quickly you will respond.
  • Write down what you will and will not handle, so agents know when to come to you and when to go elsewhere.

Balances

Credit management

Credits are the inventory of a distributor business. Your account holds a balance, and your downstream operators depend on you to keep theirs supplied. How credits move to accounts below you depends on the permissions of your account, so confirm the mechanics with your provider before you take orders.

Credit pricing is tailored to each individual agent’s or distributor’s operation. Contact Titan Gaming Solutions to discuss your needs. See credit inquiries and the credits guide.

Oversight

Administrative capabilities

A distributor account often carries administrative responsibility for the accounts beneath it. The scope of that responsibility varies by account. The Ultra Thunder admin page covers scope, security and the questions every admin should ask.

Workflow

A day in a distributor operation

  1. 1

    Open with a balance check

Sign in at the backend, note your balance and compare it to where your own log ended yesterday.

  2. 2

    Work the request queue

Handle credit and account requests from agents and stores in the order received, logging each one.

  3. 3

    Answer questions

Most questions are about login addresses and balances. Keep the player and backend URLs handy to paste.

  4. 4

    Plan your own supply

If your balance will not cover tomorrow, order more before you run short, not after.

  5. 5

    Close with a reconciliation

Compare your log to the backend. Investigate any difference while the day is still fresh.
