Eligibility
Who uses the backend?
The backend is for operator-level accounts: agents, distributors, administrators or other account types issued by a provider. What you can see and do after signing in depends entirely on the account you were issued. Two people using the same portal address may see very different things.

- Enter credentials only on fmubk.ultrathunder.mobi. Check the address bar character by character the first time.
- Do not share passwords or codes in group chats, even with colleagues.
- Sign out on shared or store devices.

Typos and look-alike domains are the most common cause. The current backend is exactly https://fmubk.ultrathunder.mobi/

You opened the player site
https://ultrathunder.mobi/ is for players. Operator credentials will not work there because it is a different destination.

Forgotten password
Password resets for backend accounts go through the provider that issued the account. We cannot reset them.

Account not recognized
Confirm the exact username with your provider. Usernames issued on other platforms will not carry over.

Old Ultra Panda bookmark
Saved Ultra Panda links may be outdated. Replace them with https://fmubk.ultrathunder.mobi/

Legacy credentials
Do not assume an Ultra Panda username and password work on Ultra Thunder. Verify current details with your provider.

Disabled account
If your account was suspended or disabled, only the issuing provider can review it.
