Field guide / 03
Ultra Thunder Agent Accounts
Agents are where the platform meets players. This guide covers what the role involves, how to set up cleanly, and the routines that keep an agent operation calm.
Definition
What an Ultra Thunder agent account is
An agent account is an operator account focused on day-to-day work with players. If the distributor is the supplier, the agent is the front counter: the person players contact, the person who handles their accounts, and the person who keeps a working balance on hand.
Fit
Who an agent account is designed for
- Individual operators who work directly with their own players.
- Single-location store owners.
- People starting out who want to learn the platform before taking on a network.
Access
The agent backend and portal
Agents sign in through the Ultra Thunder agent portal at https://fmubk.ultrathunder.mobi/. You need credentials issued for your account. The portal will not work with a player login, and your agent login will not work on the player site at https://ultrathunder.mobi/.
The player-facing Ultra Thunder destination. Send this to players. Operator logins do not belong here.
The Ultra Thunder agent and backend portal. Requires credentials issued for your account.
Functions
Account management and player work
Agent work generally revolves around player accounts: setting them up, helping players get in, and keeping track of who is who. Exactly which player functions your agent login includes depends on how your account was configured, and we have not been supplied with a verified list for the current backend. Ask your provider for a walkthrough of what your account can do.
Balances
Credit functions
Your agent account holds a credit balance that you draw on in your work with players. Credits typically come from whoever supplies your account, often a distributor. Keep a simple log of credits received and used, and check it against the backend daily. More in the credits guide.
Workflow
Daily account routine
- 1
Sign in at the right address
Open https://fmubk.ultrathunder.mobi/ from your own bookmark, not from a link in a chat.
- 2
Check your balance
Compare it to your log. If it is lower than expected, find out why before you start.
- 3
Handle player requests
Work through messages in order. Send players the player link, never the backend link.
- 4
Top up before you run out
Ask your supplier for credits while you still have a working buffer.
- 5
Reconcile and sign out
Match your log to the backend and sign out, especially on shared devices.
Structure
How agents and distributors relate
Agents commonly sit beneath a distributor, who supplies credits and support. That relationship is where most of your questions should go: if your balance, account or permissions need attention, your distributor or provider is the person who can act on it.
